I feel like I'm overtraining. Any tips?

I'm hitting the gym 4-5 times a week and I'm doing anywhere between 20 and 30 sets per session. I would say my rep range was anywhere from 8 to 16. Problem is my recovery isn't that good. I feel like I'm overtraining. Do you guys have any tips on what I can do to recover better? I'm trying to sleep at least 6-7 hours a night.
 
You're doing too much. 20 to 30 sets per session is killing your recovery before it even starts. Cut it to 12 to 15 sets, keep the intensity high, and you'll probably grow faster with less work. Sleep is the real problem though. 6 to 7 hours is not enough for the volume you're doing. Get to 8, eat more protein, and give it two weeks. You'll feel like a different person.
