I'd do the community service, even though its 30 days worth. I never want to know what being in jail is like.

Community service is easy to fake(at least from what I hear). Find someone who you know that works for a non profit, and do some hours, multiply by 80, and have them say you did your new total
She is a star, so there has to be someone she knows who could pull some strings and do as stated above. However, since she is a satr, people will want to know what she did, and be able to verify. So, in conclusion, If I were a star, I would do 5 days to avoid possible pesky reporters. But if I were a average joe, I would 'do' 240.

The LOST star was given that choice for DUI. She chose 5 days in jail. I think I would have chose the same.

5 days in isolation with a bunch of books doing karate forms and isometrics isnt too terrible. 5 days in general pop full of guys who are psycho bored...no.

240 hours community service is pretty horrendous if you cant scam it. im sure i could pull it off (hell, i could go on a holiday to greece and have someone sign me off as a "volunteer program coordinator" while i helped guys drunkenly pick up chicks on the dodecanese islands holding a heineken) but walking around like a dick picking up trash? i dont think so.

Jail for me. You can take a small test to see how you might cope by holding a fork very close to one eye for 5 days whilst prodding yourself randomly in the ass.

I'd jus go stand on my head for five days 240hours comm work is way more besides I prolly would miss a couple days and get time added
