Some history:
1st Cycle was
After a few more months of training, I'd like to try another cycle before the spring/summer of next year (so I look good when the shirt comes off
)
Current Stats:
42
5'10"
195-200lbs
~10%BF
15 years of lifting
Goals for this cycle are lean mass, and limited amount of shots per week, and keeping it very basic. The other goal would be able to dive right into a cutting cycle to shed fat before the summer months.
For my 2nd cycle, I was very happy with the results, although I remember that the dbol dosage was high and I was very bloated and uncomfortable and needed to cut it down during the cycle.
I'd like to run my 3rd cycle identical to the 2nd.
My questions:
1) Is this a reasonable cycle to do again, assuming that when I run it I will have been back in the gym for only about 9-10 months? (but still with 15 years of lifting experience behind me)
2) I've read some comments on the success of just running a test cycle. Should I drop the dbol?
3) What has changed over the last few years in regards to AAS that I should be updating my research on? for instance, are there better PCT's out there now, or does my proposed look good?
4) Any other comments or advice is welcomed

an all oral dbol and var.
2nd Cycle was
wks 1-10 Test enthanate 500mg/wk (1 shot (2ml) per week)
wks 1-4 dbol 50MG/ED, Naposim
wks 13-15 Clomid 50mg/day
wks 1-15 Arimidex .25 ED
Since my 2nd cycle I continued to lift for another year or so, maintaining most of my gains. but since then, I've taken off about 6 years away from the gym (raising a family, traveling extensively for business, etc). I find myself back in the gym since last May, about 7 months now. Have cleaned up my diet, and gotten most of my muscle and strength back from the old days, although being older I find it harder and harder to recover and stay injury free.wks 1-4 dbol 50MG/ED, Naposim
