how do you all of a sudden become lactose intolerant?
I think it's part hereditary, part how much lactase you ingest over time...

I used to have dairy multiple times a day, cheese products mainly... could have been a factor. I know a few relatives are also intolorant to lactose as well though.

It's not so bad.

People around me are much happier that I've figured out what my problem was. I had bothered their olfactory senses enough, lol

interesting link I just found:

I'm finally Lactose Intolerant..............

That's It...........

newsflash...every human is technically lactose intolerant. As adults, we do not have the ezymes to break up lactose. Just some people feel the effects more than others.
My Gastro told me, milk is for babies. We are the only adult mammals that drink milk. You will not see any full grown mammal other than humans take dairy.
Soy milk or almond milk is a great alternative.

Get outa here with that crap :p

seriously...think about it. What other mammal still sucks on milk from their mom's? Well maybe some freaks from EF, but seriously!
Dairy really causes mucus and keeps mucus in the body. Viruses and Bacteria thrive in mucus.
Just telling you what I've learned from years of reading about homeopathy :-)

other mammals don't eat peanut butter sandwitches and chocolate chip cookies, or they would suck tit too

Because we are the only mammals with a higher brain function that can realize cow's milk is a very good source of protein and calcium. Get off the wuddaboolshit.
