Haha, yeah... guess I might try that in a few months when I post new pictures... I get sort of a dirty pleasure by burning peoples eyes with my pale skin though, does that make me evil?
 
You can really see the gains in the back double bicep, especially your shoulders and bis.

Good stuff.

Keep the progress pics coming. That will keep you motivated when you feel like slacking.

If you're not getting fatter, then eat more. Keep eating more until you feel like you're gaining too much fat, then cut back. You'd be surprised at how much more you could eat and gain. good luck.

Hey there, nice progress! I was wondering how you did this? Your diet/weigh-lifting program. Im new to all this and need advice, thank you.
 
Marcopollo. I'm sure you're a fake dude, but still, it might help others.... I don't mean to sound like an ass, but if you are that skinny and want to "gain", then eat a ton of clean foods and lift heavy. Period. Progressive resistance. It really is that easy.

Compound movements, no silly cute tricep kickbacks, and one arm dumbell BS, just bench dips pullups squats deadlifts presses rows... stuff like that. Keep increasing weight and EATING clean and in a year you'll be a different person.

Someone prove me wrong and I'll kick them in the fucking shins!

Well I did rippetoes 3x5 for the program, which is based around heavy compounds, as for diet it was heavily dependend on Whole wheat cerials, milk, whey, and other fruits and vegtables.

I probably was intaking to much food though, so I cut back some.... either way I got got a long way to go.
