3 month long blast log

I've pretty much ate everything and anything I've got my hands on over summer, slacked on going to the gym. Maybe would go 2-3 times a week. Going to be doing a body recomp and cleaning my diet, doing morning cal deficient fat burning. And putting on as much lean muscle as I can. Might start GH in the mix too In a month or so.

I get through every muscle group in two visits. 2 way split. Do that 3 times a week and my frequency is double yours. I get twice as many opportunities for growth.

I'm doing spot injecting after I've worked out the certain muscle group, I need the 6 days to avoid 10 pins a day lol
