I will be taking only as liver protectant during cycle(not fat loss). My question is when would be the best time to take it? With breakfast, with pre-workout meal, or post workout shake(60 g protein, 80 g maltodextrin)? I'd like to get the ALA pump I had last time, but I was taking 3-5 grams a day of regular ALA, spaced out with meals.
These are 250 mg doses each. Do I need more than 1 dose per day?
