I will be taking only as liver protectant during cycle(not fat loss). My question is when would be the best time to take it? With breakfast, with pre-workout meal, or post workout shake(60 g protein, 80 g maltodextrin)? I'd like to get the ALA pump I had last time, but I was taking 3-5 grams a day of regular ALA, spaced out with meals.

These are 250 mg doses each. Do I need more than 1 dose per day?

Anybody?

personally you might want to take it at night as a liver protectant.
as for a pump--how did you get that last time? if anything i find myself sluggish when taking ala even more so than r-ala.
 
spike1205- I used to take it with every meal, and I would get enormous pumps while working out.
