2 much cardio?

Monday - AM:Back - PM:Cardio
Theusday - AM:Cardio - PM:Cardio
Wednsday - AM:Chest/Biceps
Thrusday - AM:Cardio - PM:Cardio
Friday - AM:Legs - PM:Cardio
Saturday - AM:Triceps/Shoulders
Sunday - AM:Cardio - PM:Cardio

iv started my cut and this is what i been doing the past 2 weeks, is this 2 much cardio, should i cut it down to once a day on my off days insted of twice a day.

each session is 30mins long

all AM cardio is done on a empty tank :)

Just beginning a cut, I would not recommend so much cardio. Start slowly. Begin with diet. Let your cardio become an extension of your diet, not the other way.

The problem arises if you start out with too much cardio, you have no place to turn but to cut more calories at some point. And at some point, this becomes unfeasible of course, and your body will fight back. Metabolic rate will slow in response, and your fat loss will stop dead in its tracks.

In fact, your body will "learn" to store fat, in anticipation of starvation. Be smart bro.

Once a day at 45minutes should be fine right? 7 days a weeks, cutting cals?
