Hey Slat quit worrying about what some test says. It's what you see in the mirror that is the ultimate determinate. I weigh myself once a week at the most and check my bf% every six months or so.
I would love to have your midsection bro. You are leaps ahead of other guys and gals in that area. Concentrate more on your chest, legs, arms and back. If the rest of your body was a defined as your abs (right now) then you would be a force my friend.
