Yowwzzaa's... and thats the most accurate test.. looks like we're all 3-5 % more than we think we are, in that case im like 37%! LOL. ill stick with the skin fold, lol.

I'm aware most of us here at EF adhere to a different standard, but you are quite lean my friend... yeah to get leaner I can see a good amount of cardio, or hardcore dieting in your future.
one CAN drop bf just by dieting... with zero cardio.
You look great man (in a straight way of course ) dont be so hard on yourself , wouldnt worry about the numbers too much its what you see in the mirror that counts, but anyways good luck in reaching your goals im sure you will get there.
I did a little over ten minutes of cardio last night after doing quads.
I plan on doing 20 minutes tonight. Its an off night.
I have finally reached the point of "acceptance" when it comes to being a fatty. How sad!
Oh come on now... self loathing doesn't get you anywhere except mowing down a jug of Bon-Bons.
When you feel down... just look around, in your office or outside, ect... find someone that you feel is "fatter" and remember that they probably have no intentions of changing. You're a better man for having a drive of self improvment.
