Hello and Welcome,
You have big aspirations, and I hope you achieve them.
If being an IFBB pro is your dream, then there are a couple of things I have been recommended to do well in bodybuilding, as it is more than just a sport, it is also entertainment.
1. Get yourself on stage in fantastic condition ASAP in one of the under 21s
2. Get a good coach
3. Find someone who is/has been competing and done well and get some advice from them (my first coach was an IFBB pro who went to Olympia, and her advice was phenomenal, and the gold was not in the diet and training)
4. Start learning how to pose NOW if you don't know already. If you have been teaching yourself, make sure you find someone who has been on stage to check out your posing.
5.Start getting yourself 'out there', your name, face and body known.
6. Start looking for sponsership NOW, but be VERY CAREFUL with who you decide to go with, some sponsers are not worth the benefits they will provide, and they could 'own your butt' for a number of years.
7. Keep a good training and diet journal, so you can go back and find out what did work for you and what didn't. Include your weight, bodyfat, body measurements, how you felt, weights lifted, EVERYTHING you can think of.
8. Have a few photoshoots so you have good quality pics ASAP. You will often find there are quite a few people who love the sport, or photographers who would like to expand their portfolio, again, check carefully with them and get a few things agreed about the use of the pics IN WRITING before.
All that being said, would we be able to have a look at you?
Do you have any training or progress pics?
