Start reading up on eating properly, working out properly, and get the right amount of sleep.
You naturally have great size at that age. Your body will put on a lot more muscle if you give it the proper things.
BBing is a journey. It does not happen over night. The guys/girls who get the best results are the smart ones who learn along the way...

Lift w/ tight form so you don't hurt yourself as you go higher in weights, lift like a maniac, eat clean but lots and just lift like a maniac!

At 16 I was 6'5" and about 180. I ate 10,000 calories /day! When I got into lifting for real in my late 20's I still had to eat 8k to hold weight and 10-12 to gain! These days I gain on 4k (I'm 43). Careful what you wish for!

Thanks guys for all of your input. Yeah I have along way to go and i plan to get there with a lot of hardwork and dedication.

I really don't think my bodyfat is 20% though. I'm not that fat lol. When i wake up in the morning i can see a 4 pack when i flex, but that's about it.

you look like a teenage kid who has never worked out. start lifting hard , reading on techniques, different exercises. increase you calories. probably nothing you dont already know.

i wish i was that thin when i was 16. i was 6'4" 250 at 16. But i was pure lard. Got a solid base though. keep eatting a lot and lifting heavy.

Fuck I wish I'd looked like that before I'd ever worked out. Was a skinny ass bitch, skinnier than this guy's before pic.

Keep going man bro, though I don't get how you are 215 in that pic, must have some chunkachunk going on in the legs (good or bad). My advice in training is aim for what I would think are the big 3. Deadlifts, squats, and bench. Do them well and go at them hard (get someone with experience to show you).

Although a member mentioned that he ate >10,000 calories per day, I would suggest that aiming for 3000-3500 calories is probably fair, up to about 5000. Can I ask how you found this forum? Try not to get too excited about steroids as well, don't even think about them for another 5 years at least (my opinion only)

Good luck.

well, i agree with trez. i have no clue how you are 215, maybe fat in the legs??? not saying your a liar but when i was 16 (6' 2") i was 175 and i looked like that. but i feel your pain, definitely hard to add size with that height and metabolism. just do as others said, eat, train hard (lots of sqats, deads bench), be patient and size will come with time.
