Approved Log My TRT and Deca Cycle log

Hey guys this is my last dose of Deca today.
I am looking to go to TRT dose and possibly Tren A if that's an agreed upon idea ( 50-75mg eod). My thoughts are to see if it will help dry me out a little bit and help provide some definition. As to diet I am guessing I need to cut my fat intake by half or so and maintain carbs and protein where they are at? Any thoughts on this? I am planning on running a small dose of npp during the week around 100mg pinned twice per week. I have Tren Ace from Euro and some Cardarine, Adex and Gaber should I need anything. Id like to get a little bit more defined before Vacation in Mid Dec.

@man05 i dont TRT dose is fine, but better equipoise than trenbolone

npp is fine but you can stay at 100mgs

if you want to dry out then there are much better options than using tren

anavar would be better

TRT with Tren??
 
Here is my Beginning of the week for my last week of my Deca journey.
My system feels really great taking a prebiotic, probiotic and 2 Tbsp of psyllium husk after my last meal.
I drink close to 1 gallon per day of water, 50mg proviron and N2Guard daily.

I guess that once this week ends, I no longer post here on this thread, would I need a new thread? I do plan to keep logging my food and weights to keep a history of my progress, setbacks etc. Sounds like the Deca wont clear my systems for several months, I think I am interested in NPP and other short ester products down the road.

Meals I am a work in progress, I find it hard to understand how I can eat chicken and rice when my max carbs the past three months have been around 120grams per day, I can eat chicken all day though. I am asking santa for a rice cooker for vegetables and chicken along with a cable pull down system for my rack :)

problem with deca why i don't use it in competitions is appetite increase
i like winstrol and masteron to cut
 
I’m definitely in the deep end of the pool, I think going on trt dose and getting my labs done are first followed by more cardio and try to keep my fat reduced from where I was at. What sort of macros should I be aiming for?
I’m going to try to keep lifting as heavy as possible but I believe that I will see some strength decrease.
I can do a Tren a cycle down the road,,I don’t want to overdo it.

In the back of my mind I fear losing what I have worked so hard to gain, hopefully the trt dose will help preserve that.

Gaining and losing is all part of it, in the end you always lose some not all, certain compounds are easier for keep gains than others.

I guess back to trt and try maintain what I can from gains, keep protein high carbs around 125 or grams a day and 50-70 grams of fat. I’ll add in some npp for recovery possibly but not running a full blown cycle. Which compounds give better long term gains? Deca was interesting especially when the compound kicked but I felt plateaued after week 8 on, had to reduce volume for a few weeeks then I pushed as hard as I could within safety limits. I maxed out on flat bench for 3 reps at 255 and I was so shutdown after that the next split day I could barely move 225 for 6-8 reps.
I really enjoy lifting and always have it’s been amazing to see what peds and busting my butt could do with my lanky frame. I will post pictures of front, back and rear and legs this weekend if I can. I’m kinda interested in some training and nutrition advice so that my next cycle things can run a little smoother. I have vacation Dec 17th on, my hope is that I can mai rain some size and some definition during this time, I already found a gym to join for two weeks.

This has been an awesome journey and you guys are a great group of men to advise and correct me and help keep me upright.

I feel better after giving blood, this is the first time donating since I started trt in April 2023, I plan to donate quarterly now.

I pinged my docs office today, let them know I finished deca and I’d like to get blood completed and they told me they run every 8 months. I told them I donated blood and should I just stick to trt dose, me toke d I’m doing more cardio and trying to get cut. I was told I can stay on TRT, take ey, primo, bar, Winstrol and several other things.

After more reading and research the EQ seems to possibly be a good option to add with the trt dose and then add in 20-30mg Winstrol and I am planning to stay low dose npp 100mg per week.
Starting dose for Eq is around 200 I read here and online. Is this something that would be feasible for the e cat 6-7 weeks before I wrap up vacation and cruise on trt for awhile?

I have n2guard on hand, always will keep it on hand, brand new bottle. As to weights shall I try to maintain some heavy sets mixed with lighter but higher rep sets? I have fat macro goal to around 70 grams per day half of my 125 recomp daily value, sound about right?

Here is my midweek update, I feel like my body handles around 370grams of protein the best with no GI issues, is this optimal or shall I push for 30 more? Chest went well today, was able to push pretty hard my last set. I am finding that If I do a few workign sets of 225-235 I can then bump weight to 255-260, less reps of course. Today I went 4x8 @225 then jumped to 250 for 4 reps but they were very strong and clean reps, the best I have done. I guess in the grand scheme of things, once my cut is over and Im on straight TRT I should still be able to move 225 fairly well, I plan to lift heavy while on straight TRT as well. Here is my Meals and Weights for the past few days.

Tomorrow I am increasing pull exercise weights, about to hit my goal of doing 95lb DB rows, my lats are finally growing with lots of hard work, hopefully next planned cycle will go even smoother with better meals, exercises lined up , I have the discipline just need the tools there to work with.

I'm doing 3-4 30 minute walks per week and trying to maintain 375+ protein, 125grams carbs and 50-70 fats ( plant based mostly when I can), kinda tough after enjoying the re-comp diet. I should be in better shape next go around than when i started this cycle, is that correct? Maintaining training, diet, cardio etc.
