Approved Log My TRT and Deca Cycle log

Here is my mid-week update.
I was able to hit all my reps on flat bench but last few sets I was about 3" from the top of my chest on those, getting a huge stretch.
I feel like I have plateaued on incline bench for now and will work towards 8 reps over the next few weeks.
Third set of Arnolds was brutal 20, 10, 5,5,5,5 each with a short pause my rear deltoids and front deltoids hurt so bad after I lifted, pains gone now but I definitely can tell I worked out today.

Food is getting easier, I prefer solids but drink lots of egg white shakes because its quick and easy and good for me. Adding in more vegetables as well this next update.

maybe drop out the liquid egg whites for real eggs
What about salmonella risk if I drop 8 eggs in the blender and make a shake? I struggle eating that many eggs scrambled.
 
Nice consistency to your eating routine. But you may want to consider cycling out some things and bringing in some new foods as well.
Going to introduce more tuna and chicken as protein sources.
 
I will keep my pre and post shake with egg whites and start scrambling up 6 -7 whole eggs with turkey sausage, vegetables and eggs. This will be a good breakfast and allow me to change things up a bit. If I keep eating chicken at a high rate is that still okay? Steaks a few times a week is still okay? Thank you guys for the suggestions.
 
I have a dosage question on Deca. I am nearly done with the Deca from the pharmacy which was 200mg/ml, the Pharma Deca I ordered is 300mg/ml. Since I cant really split a half unit is taking 4 units at 120mg okay? My current dosage is 300testC/200Deca.

I can try to split it but the deca I ordered is 300mg
I was on 5 units @20mg =100mg twice per week.
I will eyeball it to try to hit 105mg so 3.5units.

I don’t think I thought this through before posting, thanks for the acid test.

@man05 you can split in 1/2 why not? dont use insulin needle

300mgs/ml
means 1/2 ml (0.5 on syringe) = 150mgs
so why not inject 150mgs deca?
 
I can try to split it but the deca I ordered is 300mg

@man05 i would eyeball 1/2 150mgs and then 1/4ml 75mgs
 
You are getting a little too cute here ..sometimes on Cycles when you overthink things you can actually make your situation worse
I would just focus at getting around 150 mg if that's the dose you want
 
you will be fine I think you're just getting a little confused and in the process confusing us. Just stick to what you've been doing man
 
What kind of needle are you using to draw. This syringe should have different markers on it where you can easily tell how much you're getting

I don't count exactly how much I put in my body I just go ahead and pin. The results will come steroids work well

Err you can. Literally nothing to say you can't. It's just 2/3rds of a ml to get 200mg from a 300mg/ml product
 
The deca from doctor was 200mg/1ml, I’ve been on that for 8 weeks. My new deca is 300mg/1ml.
I use 1.5” 25guage for glute injections.
I will stick with 3.5 so that I’m close to 100, if the suggestion is to increase deca to 300mg week150mg 2x week would I need to increase test by 60mg or so ?

The deca from doctor was 200mg/1ml, I’ve been on that for 8 weeks. My new deca is 300mg/1ml.

I have been taking 200mg/ week deca since day one. Sorry for my miscommunication
 
I would increase your Deca up to 400 mg a week
it will make a nice difference
 
I don't use Deca anymore as a bodybuilder but I used to back in the day run at least 1,000 milligrams
 
so you have stayed at 200 mg the whole way?
Yes, 200mg the entire time since I started the cycle. With test at 300mg. I figure if I went to 300mg deca test would be around 360 and if I did 400mg deca I’d be at 460mg. I base this on the ratio trt doctor provided. 300mg seems conservative to adjust to, 400mg I’m curious but am wondering if that much deca and test would increase estrogen too much.
 
proviron is what i recommend with deca. works well
I take 50mg daily 25mg am and pm been on it since day 1, I take n2guard daily 4am/ 3pm on second bottle, following program to a T.

Rest day today, I hit my legs hard yesterday those one leg squats with a bar are tough I like them a lot.

He advised since this is my first deca cycle to not exceed 300 and keep test no higher than 360mg. Do you guys agree with him or shall I stay the course for the next 8 weeks?

@man05 feeling good is crucial, you keep pumping the dose for now and stay strong

I think you can stay for 12 weeks easy not just 8 IMO
 
So a 20 week cycle instead of the planned 16?
Will I be able to do a cut after that?
Would you estimate recovery from this cycle around 6 months and stay on trt dose and keep diet on point and maintain training discipline to retain some of my gains?

@man05 if you feel good on the cycle you can stay until week 20 and switch to TRT keep logging as we get into a cutting cycle.

Great workout today, mixed up using dumbbells' on chest, definitely hit the chest in different angles.
Meals have felt pretty good, recovery feeling good as well.

On weights if I can hit 5-6 reps over 5 sets @225lbs is that as good as if I did 8 reps and 5 sets of 215? Been reading about hypertrophic versus heavy lifting, can the two be worked twice per week in alternating sets versus hammering away two heavy chest sets?

On weights if I can hit 5-6 reps over 5 sets @225lbs is that as good as if I did 8 reps and 5 sets of 215? Been reading about hypertrophic versus heavy lifting, can the two be worked twice per week in alternating sets versus hammering away two heavy chest sets?

@man05 something like that but push for 15 reps on 1 set and 50 reps on a burn out set with small weights or just bar
 
we eat a fair amount of fish over here. Keep in mind I live on an island and I get fresh fish every day

Just ran that Pull set in 1hr 35 minutes, took about 2 minutes between each set, failed at 50 dips hit 42 and was locked up couldnt go any more. Should I run the drop set as my second set split for the week and keep the first split heavy movements?

@man05 you should stick to 40 dips if you can, the heavy movements split them for sure
 
I’ll split the legs up the same way a set of heavy followed by less weight and higher reps.

The Drop set workouts have been tough but enjoyable. It is not clear to me how to add in the burnouts properly.
Would I perform normal heavy workouts with 3-5 sets then throw in one 50 rep set of lighter weight? If so do I do this on every exercise or just per major muscle group? I want to keep going, I am motivated but I lack the understanding of how to properly structure my workouts. Todays legs actually left me feeling a bit tired whereas I normally feel okay. Walking lunges kicked my butt big time and I was actually shaking from lactic acid after doing 50 squats with a 2 minute break of doing 15 heavier squats. As usual thank you for all the help and guidance.

Quick question: My brother friend is pretty heavy into lifting and i told him how I'm running Deca and loving it, he said he ahs a product I may want to consider , he drove home and came back over with a new in the box bottle of Pharma mix 4, it contains Test with npp and deca. What sort of product is this if the cycle length is at 8 weeks? Deca kicked in for me about week 6. I was curious and currently just holding onto this for possible use down the road.

just be careful with your joints I did 100 pull-ups and my elbows hurt the next day
