I often get so disgusted with myself even though I am setting pr's. I want to get so much more but exodus keeps telling me that a pr is a pr....how can you be upset with that!
4 board press - 95 x 1 - 10lb pr. I jumped from 95lbs to 115lbs thinking I could handle the weight since 95 seemed so easy but it wasn't. So I dropped back down to 105 and I had to have a little help from my spot.....so maybe next week!!!!
5 board press - 115 x 3 - pr
rack lockouts (4 inch rom) - 135 x 3 x 8, 115 x 3 x 8 pr....wrist started to bother me real bad so I dropped the weight to finish out my sets
med pull downs - 70 x 3 x 12
rev peck deck - 30 x 2 x 8
incline elbow out ext - 15's x 1 x 12
face pulls - 30lb x 1 x 15
