Im gonna run some alpha t2 when I start to diet in a month. I'll be cutting off cycle for a while. I'm gonna try out needto's new phytoserm and run mod grf and grhp-6.

Pump3d > Amp02. The focus is way more intense. I have to make myself leave the gym haha. I like it because it speeds me up, but it's a clean rush versus the jitters and nausea I typically get from heavy stims.
Superstim is killer too. I only take it when i'm really dragging. I haven't used it while dieting, but it definitely is thermogenic and it makes me forget to eat lol
Hahahaha that's so bad ass!!! I would love to do that actually. I love breaking myself. I love the feeling of knowing I'm not YET good enough and that I got more, but I got to go through hell to get it. I've never been the most athletic, or technically gifted at volleyball, but I've always been the one who doesn't give a shit, and just out works everybody else.
Last week i was in the gym wrapping my legs with elastic bands getting ready to squat 450 this 30 yr old dude walks by and says "are you fixing to do that?"
My reply was "I sure am!"
His reply was " mannnn,that makes me hurt all over just looking at it"
Thank you Rick ,I have seen your video and i must say i am eqwually impressed, I'm not as flexible as you so some of those exercises like the jumps and such are out of the question!
we shall see ,it gets heavier and heavier each year....I have been busting ass for this event so right now i have been doing 450 for 10-15 reps thats as high as i dare to go at the moment. wish me luck!
Maybe so , now my biggest chore is every year on my Birthday i try to beat my PB in the squat last year my best was 502...to tell the truth i don't think i will make it this year! but wish me luck anyway!
