First time taking test- big problem

Alright I'll stop taking it and do some more studying. Can I take something else instead that will work as good? Like creatane or protein bars or something?

that is a verry smart move.

diet will do so much more for you than anything. orget the sups other than creatine, whey protein, and a multi v.

how about your training all laid out along with how long you have been training and a days food with times and activities around the meals.
 
I go to the gym at college like 4 days a week. I usually just do all the machines. I do pulldowns, the sitting machine bench press, and I curl a lot. I can do curls with like 100. I do the leg machine sometimes too (the one where you kick out).

I eat usually just what my mom makes. She makes a lot of chicken, spageti, rice, potatoes, and sometimes steak. I like pizza a lot but I know its bad for me.

bro you gotta be doing freeweights, not machines. Your diet is the most important part, way more than gear or supplements. and I really believe this is a joke. If not, ask around for good advice. listen to guys like radar, ceo, and joe d

To all those laughing at him drinking the test- he might have testosterone undecanoate (andriol) which is oraly available as it absorbs through the lymphatic system.

Still better off injecting it though and the numbness in the mouth came from the benzyl alcohol.

You know this really bugs me... I see this time and again with these young guys.

Some very qualified people are offering to help you for free. You could go to the gym and pay a trainer $50 - $75 an hour and not get half as good information as you will get here.

But it is like pulling teeth to get any information to be able to help you. Joe D asked specific questions and you give him a 30 second half-assed answer.

Ive been involved in other threads and these younger guys dont seem to want to put in a little effort and give us some details so that we can help them.

I gotta figure if you put in the same effort on your workouts that you do answering some basic questions, then you should hang up the idea of getting big. It takes work. There is NO magic pill that you can take. If you arent ready to put in the work, then come back when you are ready.

Listen, read, read, listen some more, read and read more! Oh, and ask the board before u decide to do anything else. These guys on this board are VERY smart when it comes to these things. I bet some of them may have been doing AAS longer than you have been alive! The were able to NOT kill themselves because of KNOWLEDGE on the subject matter. Ask them EVERYTHING before you do it. Apparently you are capable of doing retarded things on your own. Sounds like you are not dead, obviously. But your next stupid decision could cost you your life. INSTANTLY!!!!!!!!
