I just got my GEAR in....

I think need2 is stupid giving away free stuff like that, Ok i dont really mean he is stupid, but 1 week the email told many of us that we had to wait for it (GEAR), that is not a long time and hes offering free stuff because of that.. I ordered a tshirt in sweden and it took 7 weeks and several angry mails for it get here.

What im trying to say is, need2 has awesome customer service but not only that, hes probably too much of a great guy his for his companys best

We all have to apologize for the delay and N2 is just trying to make it right. I was told one thing and the manufacturers didn't deliver as promised. Very frustrating. But ultimately, it OUR responsiblity. No one wants to hear excuses. They just want their GEAR!

But all's well that ends well. It's ready, it's right and it's available. Now we just want everyone to be happy with the product, which I'm sure will be the case. And of course, any and all feedback is welcome!

Ya Things happen in this industry. At least people know they are dealing with a company that gives a damn. I love my customers because all of them are my friends too.
