I just got my GEAR in....

I too got mine in today. It defintley was good to get home and finally have it after 14 days. I was disappointed though once I opened it and there was no free bottle of anything like I was told there would be. Now I dont need free stuff I do fine buying my own but after hearing of all the cool stories of needto throwing in extra for being late and getting an email with this quote:
This e-mail is to inform you that we are currently waiting on new stock from our manufacturer of both FORGED Liver Support and GEAR. We are very sorry about the delay but our manufacturer is quite a bit late shipping these products to us. If your order includes either of these products we will ship them on Thursday of next week free of charge. All other products in your order will be shipped Thursday or Friday of this week free of charge.

We are sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused you, we promise to include a free gift in your package if you are one of the customers affected by our manufacturer’s delay. You can expect a free bottle of a stocked product in your package along with any Liver Support and GEAR that are shipping late. Thank you for your patience, please feel free to e-mail us with any questions.

And then nothing! Bam empty only the gear! Maybe too many people were on back order to be able to hook up everyone but I had to be close to one of the first to order because I waited to see it come on and then I place my order. Now like I said I dont need free stuff because in the last couple of months these are the needto products i've purchased:

3 - epi strong
2 - Tren Tfo
3 - beastdrol
1 - Dieselbolan
1 - Helladrol
2 - Liver support
1 - Post Cycle
1- Gear
1 - Muscle Replenisher
And also signed up for needto's program on the source check.($300)

I've bought all of this and I have yet to try any of needto's products, I purchased all of this on the fact of believeing in guys reviews and stories of his customer service and being top notch in taking care of his customers. Like I said I dont need free stuff but dont tell me your going to do something and then don't. Just a little disappointed guys.

aaaahh bro. Is there a chance I just forgot in the rush of getting orders out. AAAH ask around because you are going to find that 189 people got the gear product and out of then You "might be" about the only one single person who slipped threw the cracks and did not get something free.


NOW rather then come to me and ask me about it you fly off the handle and make this post.


Well I cant say that I blame you. I was pissed too. I got shafted on the gear thing too. I was told it was going to have it on a date and then that date came and went. I was again told i was going to have it on another date and that date come and went.

One time I trusted in another person word and I got fucked for it. All my customers got screed right along with me too.

NOW it is not ever in my nature to sell a product that I do not have in my hands. I never ever do this. BUT the Manufacturer

1. lied and said yes its on its way.
2 promised I would have it.
3. Said you should deff start selling it now.

Now even then I would still always wait till I had the products in my hand but it went further.

4. Nelson ( and he has to take blame too) assured me that the guy was honest and when he says its on its way then its on its way. Then pushed me to get it in the store.

5. Some one else who I respect ver much (maybe he will come forward) also pushed and pushed that I should put it in the store.


SO there I was going against what I always do. Which I swear to god thats the last time I ever listen to ether party when it comes to putting a product in the store that I do not have in my hands to sell.



But this is all beside the point. I said I would give everyone who had to wait a free product and believe me bro it has nothing to do with whether or not it was cost effective for me to do so or not when it came to your pack....

NO it was just me (or my wife) forgetting one person as we were filling orders. Maybe just maybe there might be one other or even two. But trust me 99.99 of the people got exactly what I said they would and then some and that is how I role.


You got great service one every single NTBM order I am willing to bet. All except this last order I bet it came to you with lighting speed and no problems.

Had you sent me a pm,or called me, or emailed me about this you know what I would have done? I bet I would have thrown a whole box full of free products together and sent it to you with my most sincere apologies with it.

Yes I understand for people its not always about free product. I know its about being acknowledged as some one who is important. Being treated with respect and treated like more then just a dollar bill. I know its about me letting you know I care about you as a customer and as a human being.

Its about me knowing you can very well take your business elsewhere. It about me being honest with you at all times threw out all of your dealings with me. And if you ask me no one and i mean no one has a higher customer service standard then me. I am re writing the book on it if you ask me.


NOW. One thing though. You and I have a buyer seller relationship I would like to think. I do hope we still do. Like any relationship communication is key on both ends.

I can not help. I can not acklowledge that I fucked up unless you relay to me that fact that I did. And the second that you do so you will find I would rush no I will not rest until I have fixed it.

So now that I know. Now that you have made it known to me that I fucked up. My friend how can I make it right is my questions to you? And are you willing to give me a chance to do so?

Hey Bro first off I see that you sent me a PM and I will respond to that also but I do want to respond to this so not only you but everyone knows what my stance is on this.

I do not believe I flew off the handle I just stated the facts and in that I think you can tell I was some what confused by this and looking for possible reasons that you might not have sent anything. One can only imagine how busy your are trying to keep every customer happy. One thing about me is I will be straight up honest good or bad. I gave you props a couple of days ago for just lightning service with the helladrol. I mean seriously that was just unbelievable delivery time. I give you big props for that so when you didnt do what you said on this issue I stated that also. I understand your issue with the gear and I even communicated that to you in a PM. I let you know I understood it was not your fault and when you got it in just send it. But at the same time I was definitley anxious to get the gear and then I really looked forward to the free gift just because I've heard time and time again how you make things right for making people wait. Which really is an awesome thing to do because I dont know of any company in any buisness that does things like that. So you see I was just disappointed when I didnt get to experience this for myself when I felt like I definitley deserved it due to the amount of products i've gotten and getting in your program out of believing in you. But I believe you hit it right on the head with your statement:

And that statement sums it all up for me. Like I said just disappointed Bro I didnt mean to try and slam you or anything like that I was just being honest about one of my experience's. trust me im not being petty and trying to get free stuff but it was more like in your statement and I just expected to get the same treatment as other customers have. You still have top notch service and im still a customer and I appreciate the advice you have given me so far in the program.

Shit happens and most places wouldnt do shit about it but he does most times and he is a busy man so forgive him like you have for overlooking a few packages in bum rush to get them all out to keep that fast shipping up. MAD PROPS TO NEEDTO FOR ALL HE DOES.

I agree with you there, most people wouldnt even care to respond to a customer's issue. He's definitley forgiven and shit I never said I was mad or upset or how dare him, JUST DISAPPOINTED thats it. It's all good, I will survive:D
