I suggest you train to help your focus.
Weights and Cardio improve dopamine transmission... huge.
Everything you do, like watching what you eat, planning a workout, and achieveing goals helps develop focus.
Avoid processed food, excess sugar, and alcohol.
It makes ADHD so much worse.
Omega 3 fatty acids help as well as an adjunct.
Also, watch out about the addictive personality thing. We all are addicted to our habits. You don't have to be a morphine junkie or alcoholic or both to be an addict.
Hell, internet addiction is a growing epidemic... invisible.

Lol yeh I'm a brit. The advice you've given is sound so many thanks. Re the fitness regime I think I got that covered but still needs a few tweaks I think.
Alcohol I keep at a minimum and I quite smoking roughly 3months ago so I'm getting there...
If I go ahead with I'll obvs keep the dose to a minimum and see how that goes...but gonna do more research first.
