I'll keep my height... 5'10 but I'd drop my weight to 140. We're talking ideal, LOL.... I don't think I'll ever go below 150.

uhhh, if you're 5'10 you shouldn't EVER be below 150. 160-170 is more like it.......means you're thick and built with long ass legs.

I am happy with my height of 6'1. I'd be quite happy to be 215lbs with my same %BF.
