Big back day last night. Got some videos too!

Lat Pulldowns -

180lbs x10 3 sets

Deadlifts -

135lbs x warmup
225lbs x 5
315lbs x 5
405lbs x 5
500lbs x 2
520lbs x fail

Cable row superset with DB row -

180lbs x 8 then 100lb DB x 8
200lbs x 6 then 110lbs DB x 8
(might be wrong on those, check the video)

Various DB curls drop set -

40lbs DB
35lbs DB
30lbs DB
25lbs DB
20lbs DB

Very tired today and wasn't able to eat anything. I didnt want to go at first but ended up going.

Squats -

135lbs x20
225lbs x10
315lbs x5
405lbs x1
These were all raw, only thing i had on was elbow sleeves because my elbows were bothering me but i don't see how that can help your squat. Got that on video and my buddy doing 315 for 20 with a cut up finger, lol. just need to find my camera cable...

Yeah my buddy is a beast. Most hee has ever done was 405 for 16 i think.
 
Spent all yesterday loading up a Uhaul truck helping a buddy of mine move, beat the shit out of me. Not sure if i'm gonna work out today, probably will just nothing crazy.
 
very shitty week this week! Been very busy and one of my roommates sister died so the whole weeks been a wash. I was able to workout yesterday and did some light chest and shoulders. Going away for the weekend as well so gonna start back up next week when i get back full time traning and diet. Vacations over!!!
 
Well had quite a blast this weekend! Time to get back on the grind and get ready for my next comp. Going to go shopping tomorrow for tons of food so i can get on an actual diet not just eating when ever. I figure its gonna take another 2 weeks to get fully back into training / diet. Maybe shorter then that if diet comes around quick. Then i can pick a plan of attack, more size or more strength. I'll let you guys know what diets gonna look like tomorrow.
 
Just got back from the grocery store, here is what my diets gonna look like.

6:30am - protein shake + yogurt

8:00am - oats + mixed fruit and nuts (just bought a bunch of containers of different nuts like sunflower, peanuts, etc.

10:00am - 2 cans of tuna w/ mayo either on bread or just out of a bowl depending on what i want + seeds + rice + protein shake

12:00pm - chicken breast or beef(burger, steak, etc.), rice or pasta, greenbeans, yogurt

2:00pm - If on a workout day then just some rice, if it is an off day then probably the tuna meal again or chicken and rice

Post workout - weight gainer shake

5-6PM - Beef,chicken or fish (not tuna), rice or pasta, i usually just throw what ever i want together for dinner.

Rest of day: what ever i want, usually just sit on the computer or watch tv and eat junk food and soda then before bed load up on cottage cheese until i am full and have a protein shake.


This is more or less the diet i was following before when i felt like i was on top of the world and making insane gains. Hopefully it will get me where i want to be by next year!
 
Did a quick little workout today. Nothing specific just a little bit of everything. Did some cleans, clean and press, clean then front squat, deads, pullups/downs, legs.

Gonna try and start my diet tomorrow and do another easy fullbody workout friday then start training next week.
