So far so good on the diet today. My meals are a little off since i woke up an hour late but went running and might walk tonight.
 
Surprisingly good workout today considering the layoff and being pissed before i even left because my ipod was dead :p. Diet has been good so far today and should be from now on.

Flat BB Bench -

135lbs x10
185lbs x10
225lbs x10, x8, x8

Incline DB Bench -

60lbs x6, x8, x8 then a set of 8 with 60 dropped to 35 and did 8 more.

Flat chest press machine -

180lbs x8, x8, x6

Pec Dec -

125 i think x 10 for a few sets

Then did a few sets of dips and curls super setted. Followed up with come abs on the crunch machine 10-15 rep sets.
 
Probably a good long while. Strength has seemed to halt and i can't really push hard with my shoulder injury. My training partner who is getting ready for a show told me when he fucked his up it took 4 months to heal. :(
 
Deca always helps heal my shoulder problems... JM2C
 
Well this week has totally gotten fucked up due to some shit coming up in my life that i cannot avoid. In the process of moving so not sure when i can get back on track and devote all my time to lifting again :(. In the mean time however i did find some old pics on my old PC from when i first started lifting.

Easy leg day today, diet has been down the drain and havent been sleeping so didn't really have any energy.

ATG Squats -

225lbs x6
315lbs x6
405lbs x3
500lbs x1

Leg Press (plates listed is per side) -

4plates x8
6plates x6
8plates x5
9plates x6
 
Was supposed to train chest yesterday but was burnt out from the heat and being outside all day. Had a bad headache so never ended up going, just had a shitty half assed shoulder/tri workout just now.... Gotta love new england, its either too hot or too cold!
 
Got a doc appt friday. Gonna see if i can get an MRI done on my back and find out if it is a tear and how bad as i've come to the conclusion its gotta be a tear.
