first time sustanon

hay guys this is the first time i am taking any type of steriod. its sustanon 250 1x a week for 10 weeks. i took it in my thigh and man the next few days it was hurting. getting better as time goes on but only 2 more days till next shot. if any one can tell me what to expect in ways of gains ,what maybe to stack it with and what if any pct i should take to hold gains. im feeling increase in power in the gym already. and only first week. i dont want to get to big . maybe a little more mass then shred it you know. im 38 years old 5-7 41 inch chest 16 1/2 inch arms and 33 inch waist with still a little gut. any help would be helpfull. amd i will let you know how it goes next week. thanks for the help
 
5'7" what is your weight/bodyfat? Sustanon can be painful it has test prop in it. You need to rotate your injection sites dont inject in the same spot every week. Your PCT should already be in place but you should have HCG Aromasin and PP Recovery stack. Nolvadex is good to have on hand when running test but you are at a very low dose. Do you have any type of aromatase inhibitor now? i.e Arimidex Aromasin Letrozole?
 
well im feeling so stupid. like i said im 38 but first time and have nothing to go with it . i was told to just start with this . im 188 lbs 25 % body fat. i was always told i look like a tank frank the tank. want to get more ripped. can you do this like sustanon for dumbies.

I've found that if you diet & do at least 5 days a week of cardio it doesn't matter what steroid you use you will get ripped. I would run a high protein & a very low carb diet. In the 1st 2 weeks you will feel a bit slugish but your body will adjust. I would also cut out all soda, juices, milk & etc... Just stick with water!!

Theres alot of things I do but its to much to type. If you ever need advice pm me.

For post cycle the only product I ever used was HCG but to be honest that was after really heavy cycles. Like I said thats just me & I've always been lucky to keep most of my gains without using. I never stopped hitting the gym & always ate strict. With your SUS only cycle you might need Arimidex or Nova & you might not. I've done over 25 cycles with some kind of TEST in it & never used anything. No gyno sides ever.

I've always had a rule of thumb. When it comes to anything with prop in it. Prop., NPP, SUST. Bold Prop. etc. I have always inj. waist up. Try the delts. 250mg/wk Is ok. At 38 it will be more of a HRT for you which is good. I'd say after the 10 weeks when you see what you gained from it then maybe go up a lil bit.
 
injection in delt. i know the first in thigh hurt felt like someone hit me and brused me to the bone . 4 days now and better but still a little sore was going to go in other thigh monday. and guys like i said got no one to help me with this cant tell friends the are agenst it. and im dumb to this so bare with me what is hrt and go up you meen 500 a week.
 
Injecting in spots above the waist won't leave you crippled. But yes. Everone is different. Try the 250/wk like you planned. Then if you think you can go to 500/wk. Like I said. At 39 depending on what your natural test levels are now it will pretty much serve as a HRT for ya. Once you close out your 100 weeks take 4 weeks off. I'm thinking you won't even need a pct at that rate. After your 4 weeks try 550/wk this might give you a little more of the results you're wanting along with good training and diet.
 
thanks i will try to update each week. i try to keep carbs low mostly protien shakes with water eggs, some yogut in morning only. some kind of chicken or fish for dinner. but i need a good diet im not hat good about eating. although i have felt hungry lately. i also hate cardio, if i could like to keep it to only 2-3 times a week 15-20 min. you think its enough.
 
As Travis said, inject above the waist. Delts or glutes. Both are easy and painless. Just be sure to aspirate. 250mg is fine for a first time. That was my first cycle and I gained like a fucker off it. At your age you should notice lots of things from it. Not just in the gym.
The only thing you need to stack with it is FOOD!!! Maybe a good multi, and some amino's.
If you wanna drop the flab, its going to be all about the diet bro. Pick which you wanna do, shred yourself or bulk yourself and shred later. Dont try to do both at once. Although as copperidge said if you eat clean and do enough cardio, even in trying to bulk you will drop alot of fat.
Injecting delts You can use 1" x 25ga. pins. In the glutes make sure your using 1.5" pins. 25ga or 23ga will be fine. You can use bigger ga. if you like but I dont personally like using whale harpoons on myself.

Hell no bro my 3 year old daughter does more cardio then that. 15-20 minutes of cardio is not going to get jack shit done. Cardio 3X per week 1 hour each session high intensity.
 
ok monday starts week 2 of sust. im going to do cardio 3 x a week for 45 min. 1st week i feeling some gains in strength . looking forward to week to but not the shot tomarrow it just stoped hurting 2 days ago. i started at 188 lbs 1m now at 191 lbs to start week 2. 3 lbs is that norm, low , or high, . well thanks guys for the advice. really it helps this newbe.
 
your on a good track right now,because you want to learn about the substances you need to get your PCT in order before it gets to the end of the cycle you will have a very easy transition as your on a extremely low dose, you should stay at 250mg for a few weeks then bump to 250mg x 2 per week this is a much more effective dosage range what questions do you have about your cycle???
 
well im gust starting week two so sould i start to see anything yet people say it is right away and others say 3-4 weeks befor feeling the increase in power and starting to see gains. also what should i have lined up for my pct. and what do they do. should i start taking 250 twice a week no like thursday another stick. also i was thinking of adding something like winn or trebolone i think it is. to help cut up . i know the sust will give me gains but i always looked like i have good mass. i want a little more but welldefined.
 
some people have different ideas on PCT so just read and make up your mind different things for different substances, but HCG, Arimidex and Nolvadex/Clomid are staples along with OTC stuff like Sustain Alpha, Reveratrol, and the Test recovery stack from primoridal preformance are popular on this Board with the doseage at 250mg you should look into the OTC products from Primordial because its not gonna be that harsh on your Natty test production like a larger dose would be! But you should have Arimidex on hand in case of Gyno or other estrogen problems, as to an additional substance if you can get it Masteron (drostanlone) ethanate at 400mgs a week would be sweet esp if you increase your sus to 500mg a week run it for minimum 12 weeks btw

I agree.

Don't think of using Tren until you have a few good cycle under your belt. The sides are a MF.

You should stay on the test for now so you see how you react. You next cycle you can run test again but start it with d-bol. I would up the dose to 500mg/wk. Shoot 250 on Sunday and 250 on Thursday. The prop in Sust won't last a week.

Sust shots are hurt for a few days but at least you know your stuff is real. The first time I used Sust I shot 3ml at one time and 2 days later it felt like someone put a tennis ball in my glute.
 
well two weeks down at 250 on sust. now just added 50 of winn eod. im hoping the gains i get with the sust. and the cutting i get with the winn will help to give me the look im going for. still havent felt the kick of the sust. yet maybe at the end of this week. i will tell you what i did feel the burnof the winn, wow and sore unbeleavable. my guy said no pain nogain . ya right .
 
well did body fat to day after 3 weeks down from 24% to 19% not good but a good first step

dude, a 5% loss of BF in only 3 weeks is huge progress. Are you sure you were that high to begin with? thats a lot of fat to lose for being on test. think of it this way, 5% of 188 is over 9 pounds pure fat.
