  • try to do at least 5 days of cardio. i run as fast as you can in 20 mins on the treadmill. so if you have to start at 5.0 thats fine but constanly progress to faster speed. next week do 5.5, next week 5.7 & etc... soon you will be able to do 3 miles in 20 mins. believe me you will be able to.
    thanks for the help . let me know if you could help with any other advice thats my pick at start of cycle will update with results and pic as weeks go on .
