First Cycle Log --- Test/Dbol/Tren

well, it is a good bit of carbohydrates so maybe a half gallon a day. I remember in highschool I drank a gallon of skim a day, and blew the fuck up. Milk just makes everything easy, you dont have to cook it or forcefeed it. With you being on as potent of a cycle that you are on, I doubt you would get fat....ESP with the tren in there.

Another idea, is a dozen raw egg whites down the hatch! Leave in a couple yellows.....drinking them raw is tasteless if you just drink it and not pussyfoot around it.......IMO it is WAY easier than eating a dozen eggs when ur already full, blah.

--------------- anyway bro, u likin this cycle so far? Ive heard lots of things about tren and dbol having a great synergy with eachother. Have u noticed Dbol taking away from the hardening aspect of the tren? or is it to early to tell yet.

I hate forcefeeding so i resort to liquid for alot of my protein cals........meal replacements are nice too, especially that ergopharm mass meal......mmmmmm cake.

Oh and i didnt know u were taking the PH tren......i have done trenadrol the PH and the strength gains were fucking AWESOME.....seriously better than the TBOL only cycle i did when i was 18. Tbol was better overall but the strength gains from trenadrol were sick.

either way, test and dbol is going to get going to get you sick lookin. You have a very solid base to add some mass. What are your stats again? I think we are around the same size, i have about 20 fat lbs more than you. yes fat pounds.

im at 5'9 220 ~15% bf im hoping this cycle will get me where i need to be, i wont be eating for mass thats for sure.

I might do a mix of eggs and egg whites. I love eggs but eating 12 a day IDK about that seems like every meal would have eggs lol

I love the idea of having egg wites though, highest conversion rate of protein to muscle tissue!
 
yes costco will have them, drink them if u have a hard time stuffin eggs down ur face like i do.

the ph tren is def alright, but ur on test and dbol, you will love it

i am FATTER than you, by no means bigger.....ur alot leaner than i

my cycle is test/ tren/ dbol

i already started it like this

1-5: sust/125mg eod tren a / 50mg eod 30mg dbol ------- this might be a little much, ill drop the dbol for later in the cycle when I switch the sust for test e

5-8: tren a / 50mg ED

5-10 : test e / 500mg weekly

10-15: test cyp 500mg weekly -------------ima run some DNP and adderall at the end to bring some fat weight off, i might run 250/week cyp for 10 weeks but i doubt it

i didnt mean to mix and match the test, i got the sust and cyp from a friend for free, along with the DNP( all for hookin him up)

Hey whats up guys

Cycle is going great! I am starting to have a lot more endurance in the gym, being able to do a lot more sets and WANTING to do more sets. Dbol in the beginning didnt really have the drive to work out like I do now.

Bench starting was 225x6 now its 225x10. Deadlift also went up 20 lbs

Diet has been good! Always 3 eggs, milk, toast in morning. Whey shakes Post w/o and one other during the day. It has been hectic life for me this week moving, traveling but now I am situated and can really stick to my diet/training/sleep!

I am going shopping tomorrow with my fiance and I am getting loads of meat, eggs, egg whites, milk, cottage cheese, PB, sweet potatoes, oats, apple juice, and brown rice!

I am going to upload some pics tomorrow, I am in day 17. Cycle is

test 500mg week 1-10, 12
dbol 30mg week 1-4
tren PH week 8-11

I am looking bigger and more shredded each day! New vein in my trap haha. A lot of people have already been asking what I am on or how my program is going. Im feeling awesome as well, just happy all the time.
 
Oh just a note, pretty obvious but every lift has gone up

hanging leg raises (hang with your arms like the starting pullup position) I have to do those with weights between my feet now

Bench 225x6 to 225 x 10
deadlift 225x8 to 245 x 8
DB Military 75x6 to 75 x 8
BB MIlitary 135 x 7 to 155 x 7 (smith machine, kinda lame)
DB curls --- I curled the 65's 4 times

i tried to go heavy on deads yesterday......got that lower back kink now.......if i cant deadlift for a length of this cycle im prolly going to stop till i can resume deads......they r my favorite lift ever.

but yeah, cant wait to see what supraphysiological levels of test feels like.......could be the dbol but these wimmins r looking sooo fine and its week 1

ur tricep workout looks solid......try some fascia stretching! its a minute of being in world of shit, but it will make them grow like weeds.

Dude, strict close grip bench presses are the shit for tricep mass! Don't go to close though as a lot of people do, it's not good for the shoulders or wrists. Go about 10-12 inches apart as heavy as you can for 8-10 strict reps. Sick pumps

Those pics look good man. Ideally for me would be about 20 more pounds with your bodyfat % and your golden. I'm at 215 now and can alomst see my abs. I think my Test is severly underdosed due to not having any water retention in my sixth week, but my diet has been clean and I'm 15 pounds so I don't care if it's underdosed at this point, lol. Could be the Var too which is helping with that.
Your lookin solid man, keep it up and keep that diet clean with high cals. Good luck!

YES, close grip and rope pull downs I feel really put it on for the tries.................

Ill stick with those since they dont hurt the elbows

I also did dips on a bench bar with your feet out in front if you and you have 45 lb plates on your legs. I had 3 45lb plates and I did 12 and my tri's are sore today! I didnt even do tris yesterday, just that one set (and chest, thats what i worked out last night)

i just put 1.5 ml in another tricep......went all the way in and felt something real funky, so i pulled it out a bit and just eased the sauce in, got one tiny drop of oil after i pulled out.....hope that shit disperses so i didnt just waste this 1.5ml of pure gold.

hmmmm on a side note maybe the test is kickin in cause after i read what i just typed.....i chubbed up a bit.....haaa
 
haha if u have some 1'' or 5/8'' barrels , go for it....i think i struck a nerve or something....happens in my quads alot too but it doesnt really hurt....just feels really weird.

lol, i put an 18g in my delt on accident......i saw it going in and realized it, but i was already in so i said fuk it....suprisingly it wasnt that bad.

Ay glad good look on the thread, just read the whole thing and picked up some good shit from your experience. Im start'n my first C in a day or two and i def got some good pointers. Wish i had started a better diet a long time ago and to be honest for the first time i kinda feel under prepared to start....keep the updates come'n!
 
Just a side note im not taking an AI, i have no itchy nips and if anything im leaner.

My girl is the one getting mad all the time, im wondering why im not freaking out since im on test, but test gives me this good feeling like im happy all the time. But she still pisses me off sometimes.

Im 192 in clothes! Working out legs today, and I ate eggs, milk, oats, cottage cheese, sweet potatoes and ww bread so far. I love having a good diet!

Couple questions bros....

#1 Traps. They have gotten bigger, but my gf says they are getting too big. I want wider lats, not a thicker back. I like deadlifts for strength though, what back exercises/routine should i be doing?

#2 Legs. I like legs but I dont want massive quads. I just want them to be super strong. Not huge though. I do squats and touch my ass on a bench thing that is exactly 12 inches high off the ground (I think that is deep enough). I do heavy weight, but i do that for strength not size. What should i be doing for strength, but not so much size?

Gotta go get a 50g whey in real fast :evil:
 
#1 ..wide grip chinups always worked well for my lats...
#2.. doing around 10-14 reps has always worked for gettin my strength up for any muscle part.. and endurance and stamina...

Thanks, Im going to start doing a lot more pullups. You along with everyone else tell me that pullups are best for wide lats. What about lat pulldowns?

Legs I can do 225x12, but not hella fast. Should i work on doing lower weight but fast and explosive? Seems like that would work, I am kinda new to working out legs in general.
 
Try to stay away from the alcohol. I forgot exactly what it does, but it fucks things up. Plus you gotta watch your liver brother.

For wide lats, you should also do a nice, wide grip on the lat pulldown machine.

And don't worry so much about the fat. I know it's hard for you, trust me, I was in your shoes too and was petrified of gaining any fat. But right now, you need to focus only on gaining quality muscle. When you're ready to cut, the fat will shred off in a few weeks. I guarantee it. Right now, keep building SIZE!

Im doin wide grip lat pulldowns, wide grip cable rows, bb rows, pullups. Should i stay away from deads if i dont want my traps to get huge and want to get more wide?

Its so hard to see fat gains! I still have a 6 pack, probably 11% BF or something, probably some water too since im not taking an AI. Ill just keep eating like a monster, progress pics tonight!
 
are you planning on staying below 3000 cals. can you gain with that? says on your profile you want fighting advice what style? best workouts for MMA is high explosive moves like jerks, cleans and snatchs CARDIO good luck! how are your macros ? i would eat meals 4and 5 together still not enough try for 750-1000 calories a meal! 5 times a day more protein!

MORE PROTEIN is what just screamed out at me... more calories too... you're doing plenty of test plenty of tren and the dbol will get you gaining FAST -IF- you have enough fuel to run on... so MORE CALORIES AND LOTS MORE PROTEIN:jenscat

Im up to 195 in clothes. 20 lbs in 4 weeks. Is 280g of protein every day enough?

I might get bashed for this. A lot of guys say 1-1.5 per grams per pound is good. But when I was bulking, I was probably taking around 400 grams of protein a day in. Grew like a weed. I am cutting now and take in at least 300 grams of protein and I am still growing (but burning fat too).
 
Basically I would have like 3 or 4 meals of chicken breast and a 6 egg white omelette. Lots of chicken, beef, whey and casein protein powder, fish...just about anything I could get my hands on haha. It definitely gets expensive brother.
 
the most ive hit with protein is 350 after that i feel very bloated and like congested.. and i get the shits! but then again i was taking
150-200grams of protein from a whey protein

Just keep it up man. You have 6 weeks to put on unbelievable size so really consecrate yourself and focus on gaining as much muscle as possible. You're doing great so far and still have over a month to go.

no not really i know i should though its pretty good for wide lats? Thats what i am looking for, i like deadlifts though too

my boy said to do everything wide grip. He does 50 wide grip chin ups before starting his workout in the least amount of sets, then does lat pulldowns, wide grip cable rows, wide grip bb rows, and t bar rows or something like that

ahah just start doing wide grip and you'll have massive lats.. it makes your back wider and just makes it look awesome!
 
OK quick update

Did legs today, or tried anyway. Started with 135x15 deep squats, 225 x 10, 255 x 7, and 275 x 2.

I could barely walk after doing this because my lower back pump was insane, not good though.

Went over to leg press and the angle I was at was weird, my back was resting on the angle to far back so when i was doing reps and my legs would come towards me my feet would start to come off the platform and i was pressing with my toes. I only had 270lbs on to get warmed up but had to stop because the lower left back muscle started BURNING. IDk why? my lower back pumps are just so bad it hurts, when doing legs especially.

I thought i torn something, i swear to god it hurt so bad. It turned all red after I had stopped. My dads a chiro he already said Im fine, but i had ot stop my workout after 4 sets of squats and 1 set of leg press. I did 3 quick sets of hanging leg raises and left.

Anything I can do to avoid the blower back pump/oain i get during workouts? They are halting me from gains. It needs to stop!!! Next time im in the gym doing legs I know im gonna injure myself. Maybe go lighter with legs just to be careful?

quick update

Just added ECA to my cycle, I really want to cut up but gain muscle. I believe I can since Im on week 7 of 12 weeks test cycle @ 500mg EW. Also going to be taking Katanadrol for the last 6 weeks along with ECA. Cardio 3x a week but heavy lifting. If i dont get stronger, which I should since im in the good part of the test and on katanadrol, then ill drop the cardio. My goal is to get an 8 pack and keep my muscle, but i think i can get muscle while losing some bf%

What does everyone think? My avi is recent, taken a couple days ago

Dude, Everytime I do legs I have the same exact problem! My lower right back almost into my hipbone throbs and is painful. The pain goes away after the gym so I just accept the fact that it will hurt when I'm doin legs. I always squats, leg presses, lunges, and extensions for Quads and it has paid off big time. My legs have gotten so much bigger, I have gained more weight, and I believe doing heavy legs makes your whole body stronger. Stretch alot and Love the pain!
I used to make that my excuse for not working legs so hard but the truth is your not bodybuilding if your not hittin your legs hard. No excuses for legs just do it baby! :evil:

Same here brother. I usually just sit down after a heavy squat set and try to sit in a way that my back chills out. My lower back always hurts from squats. I thought I was doing it the wrong way, but I got some training from an IFBB pro and no, I was doing it right.

No pain, no gain.
