im at 190, so up 17 lbs so far. some strength stats i did tonight and in the last couple days
deadlift - 245 x 11, 275 x 9, 315 x 3
bench - 245 x 9
squat - 275 x 8
db military - 85 x 8
hanging leg raises - 8lb dumbell in between my feet x 13
my abs have gotten bigger but im staying lean. i hope i break 200 on this cycle, im gonna eat like a madman these last 6 weeks.
