bigtravis

New member
Guys. On my avi pic is me after 3 years of no dieting, no training, and no AAS. And when I say neither of the three I mean it.
I will be posting another one in 16 weeks.
I'm going to leave this pethetic picture on here to motivate myself. So ya'll can call me a fatass all you want. Thats what I want to hear. So give it to me.
In 2005 I was at 270lbs. and 17% bf @ 5-10
Now I'm at 265lbs. and prob. 25%
SO LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

I support you:)

I was a former porker but no one can build more muscle then former porkers

use your metabolism to your advantage ( especially with post workout supps and shakes)

good luck...i had same situation....i quit workign out for 2 years...went up to 250 fat as fuck..would get winded just walking...took me about 6 months to drop the weight cardio 5-6 days a week not 1 cheat meal......stick to it...diet and cardio on point and it will not take long

wednesday we are going to measure my body fat and then try and formulate exactly what amount was lost in quality mass and what was gained in fat.

Looks like you got a good base there. Like HAYEZ said, keep it disciplined and YOU WILL GET THE RESULTS!! I'm off my game as well, I've had a crazy passed year and I'm just getting back to a normal life, so I feel your pain as far as the rocky road you just came off of is concerned coupled with your desire to get back to your pinnacle state!

All the best with your goals brother!

You have a good frame bro. Eat clean and train your ass off and don't stop. You'll make progress faster than you think.

Thanks guys. I gotta get this right arm back to speed. I mean I'm only able to do dumbbell curls and side laterals with 5 pounds. LOL.
If the pic were larger you could see the scars.

subscribed. please tell me all of the progress you make. clean diet and hard training your going to be jacked again bro.

Please take this in the loving spirit it is meant: FATASS!
Heh that was me giving support. We have ur back bro. U bloody well know that u can do it. As the guys says u have a good frame so u should be able to get good results. Even 3 years of idleness will not eliminate muscle memory and the fact that u already know how to lift right. U'll be back faster than u know. I'm guessing u'll get to work now.

Travis I tore my delt & Bicep doing warmup bench press a few yrs ago, talk about not being able to move your arm, My Dr. told me if i was a professional my career would be over, Talk about depression, i couldn't raise my right arm for over a yr because nerves were torn also, i tried lifting my arm up but nada, finally one day it happened, i lifted it up, could only do it once, to make a long story short i finally worked from lifting paperback books to hardcover, i know what's it like to loose a side of your body ,it throws everything outta wack, but i'm back at 90% i know i'll never be 100% again, because the tear enabled me to restrict myself on certain exercises, but! That doesn't mean you can't look good, hell! if you wasn't a judge i doubt you would notice my injury .

Yea I stayed on mostly year round. Had to quit cold turkey. I have pretty good mobility in my arm now. It's just the strength that I having to work at. I have a bunch of books so I'll give it a try.
I'm also go with OMEGA's advice on his lipo-flame and a couple other products while dieting.

5lbs for side laterals is fine! thats what I start with and struggle to use 12lbs! lol
I had a friend competitor using no more than 10 lbs, it's all about the form!
keep at it, I was in you position last spring and a few months can really change everything! Get at it!

I don't think you fat dude...

Hit it HARD and good luck, looking fwd to progress pics...

We are putting my diet together right now. Here's Omega's plan.
I'd love to be the lab rat for this.Travis here is the best way ( simply drop the lift day though):

How to use LipoStim3 with LIPOFLAME and Amplify02:

On your LIFTING DAYS (upper body):

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME in the AM
* Full dose of Amplify02 for your Afternoon Lifting session

On Cardio and Legs Days:

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME in the AM
* 3-4 caps LIPOFLAME for your Cardio or Leg Workouts in the Afternoon.

On OFF days:

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME
* 1 cap LipoStim3 with 2 caps LIPOFLAME Midday or at Lunch

~~## Note: for those who workout in the Morning simply switch doses
above and use the Afternoon dose in the AM, and the AM dose at lunch
or afternoon. So either way you WIN ~!~

~~## And PS don't forget all www.AGXsports.com products last a good 4-6 weeks
as used above

EXPECT POUNDS of fat to melt off with this safe yet radical Stack.

WHY use LipoStim3 with LIPOFLAME?

~LIPOFLAME works as a "Stand Alone" Fat burner, but for those wanting
to lose that last bit of fat or get into "competition" level shape
and body fat they would need
LipoStim3+ LipoFLAME.
~LipoStim3 targets A2 fat cells more directly via the Tea Extract and
Generation 3 thermogens in it ( via Epinephrine ).
Where Lipoflame utilizes Evoflame, Ecgc, and ester compounds.
And hits similar pathways that Capsiate hits minus the side effect.

I know let have our own little "COLORADO EXPERIMENT"!

The oracle says.......you have a lot of work ahead of you.

It feels so good watching your own body transform. Have fun with it. Don't stress out about what you want not coming fast enough. When dieting I write down everything i eat, meal by meal. Add up the macros and hit my goals. Take a picture every week or 2. Don't step on the scale everyday. I know your not a noob and may not need any of this info...just my02. i'm betting this thread will be around a while while we watch you transform. There's the pressure, now get to work!

Good Luck bro!

Oh Yea. It's on.
First phase is 8 weeks of strength rehabilitation training, diet, cardio, and the OMEGA PROJECT.
Second phase is 8 more weeks of dieting, and intermediate training.
Third phase is another 8 weeks of balls to the walls.

The 8 week phases are just a set goal which may take longer.
The Goal: To loose approximately 50-55 lbs of fat. Recover approximately 35 lbs of muscle.
The end goal is to be at around 250lbs @ 10%bf. This body weight will be 20lbs less than before where i was at 270lbs and 17%.

I have faith in you man... I have a similar story as well, quit dieting, training and AAS for 3 years and looked like garbage.

Am still trying to lose the stubborn bf, but it will drop off eventually! Keep us posted!

I will totally walk you threw this
and can give a pointers on diet intake

also at this point I would LIMIT cardio to JUST 15 minutes BEFORE workout sessions ( yes before)

then KILL it on the lifts after with no less then 8 reps on each set and not more then 20

you will lost about 15 pounds in 2 months Then when you stagnate add in AM cardio or POST workout cardio and you will lose another 10 or so

TRUST me on the above it will be enough

Omega hit the nail on the head I also was a former fatty. I dont mind my genetics in that aspect at all. I can gain or lose twenty pounds like nothing. I know what you are gonna endure in the next few weeks and months just stick with it. Think of how the end result will look. Best of luck!!!

I'm slowly cutting certain things out of my daily diet each day. we're trying to tapper out of everything so it won't be such a shock to me. It wont take but a couple weeks to get the taste back for cetain foods.

Ok Honesty is what you ask for so here it goes. When I first seen you posting all I seen was BIGTRAVIS so I thought ok either this guy thinks he is yoked or people call him that because he is fat!!! Then you posted an avatar pic and I said well its because he is fat. I appreciate that Thandie. They screwed me up with my last four weeks of therapy so it delays my getting back to the gym and with a business venture also. SUX!
