Yeah momma but the thing I learned is that it is better to 1 up any mother fucker that pisses me off, try it..Don't let it bother you. Just let them stew about there own wrong doings, and when they realize they are wrong they will apologize, laugh it off. Fuck them, and their apology. People ain't worth the trouble, there are over 1 billion zillion people in this world!

U rawk. I have always hated Vday. If some pos needs to reminded every year to treat me like the Queen of the Universe like I AM, then no thanx. I better get what I deserve every damn day of tha year.

Yeah... however, its been a real a long time since I got really, really angry.
However, I don't have a stressful position right now other than post grad research assistant, TA, so my stress levels are well, low/moderate. I do notice though that I do get annoyed much easier with things than I used to. I'm always in a rush... if I would challenge myself more to create a more tranquil, balanced state, well that would be awesome. Just like lifting, and Cardio, must be done.
Anway, what I do realize is that the times I have 'lost it', and I have before, when I don't get my selfish way. This is what happens.

Hard to break through if you are all caught up in that shitstorm.
