Yes, I have punched holes in walls many times. I have to punch something, or use all my energy to throw or slam something or I feel like im going to explode or do something I would seriously regret later. I've been mad enough that my nails cut and gauged the insides of my palms. I was this mad because I found out someone had manipulated and played my mother's emotions to the point of causing a breakdown for her.

Fucking with my family (or other loved ones) is the dumbest thing one can do to me because it is the one thing that will get retaliation.

Yes, I have. I've had to go for walks, throw stuff, and kicked stuff to release my fustrations. Only happens when I'm pushed to my limit. It takes a lot.
