Needto's people who love ef thread.

This is home base for me. I look at some here as serious mentors through my workout scheme of things and general all around goodness. I feel it to be a privilage (sp?) to even get some of the people to talk with me. For that alone would be costly anywhere else. Needto, this thread is excellent!

EF is my other home beside the gym of course! I have to check EF everyday to see whats new and sometimes just to shoot the brezze. EF's Mods are #1 and dedicated. It has a great bucnh of members and I love the idea of having offical EF Mentors.

Needto,gotta tell you this is home here.I have some insight on things but no way near what you guys have.That is why I come back,because nobody treats you disrepectful here.If you want to learn(EF will teach)I have been here since 2004 but really just started posting,best move ever!I have seen EF lose a lot of good people but I have seen EF make alot of good people.
You personally in my opinion have got these forums where they should be and where they should be heading.I also want to thank you for contributing on my posts,its been great help.Thanks for your ear.

EF offers a wealth of knowledge. It was one of the first (if not the first - I am thinking it may have been teh first too) to offer a forum to poke questions at dudes who you would like to look at. When I came her almost ten years ago now (holy fuck), that was the first thing I noticed: I didn't really want to look like any of the dudes in my gym and was a lot more interested in working towards the types of physiques I saw in magazines and then with a few people that were online at the time. Not to mention, there are some questions that are difficult to ask strangers without some sort of a priori anonymity.
