My relationship with myself and my wife is better than ever and it’s all because of choosing my health and fitness. I appreciate the support from everyone when I joined the forums start of 2024 , some friends I have made both online and met some in person. The community support is epic

I dropped about 800mg a week in oils from this stack. About 4 weeks ago. I have dropped 2kg. Little of it is fat. The yk I have noticed some muscle hardening properties. And have maintained strength.
 
How do you feel on the Pendulum Squats?
@SteveMobsterG I hate and love them, Every rep burns, need a spotter , towards the end I’m struggling to trust I can get another one out.
Not sure how much the pendulum weighs as the base unloaded weight.

I dropped about 800mg a week in oils from this stack. About 4 weeks ago. I have dropped 2kg. Little of it is fat. The yk I have noticed some muscle hardening properties. And have maintained strength.

Loaded squat is tough but fun for sure.
 
Got a promotion at work and the initial work load this week has been insane. Haven’t made a workout for couple days and it’s mentally killing me. This weekend might be a write off with that’s going on aswell. Lord give me strength to make it until my next workout session.
