Today’s workout was as follows

Push -

Incline Bench
Set 1 - 40 KG x 20
Set 2 - 40 KG x 20
Set 3 - 60 KG x 6
Set 4 - 55 KG x 8

Butterfly (Pec Deck)
Set 1 - 70 KG x 12
Set 2 - 80 KG x 9
Set 3 - 80 KG x 7

Chest Dip
Set 1 - 12
Set 2 - 8
Set 3 - 7

Front Raises
Set 1 - 10 KG x 12
Set 2 - 10 KG x 12

Lat Raises
Set 1 - 12.5 KG x 12
Set 2 - 12.5 KG x 10

Tricep Pushdown
Set 1 - 12.5 KG x 15
Set 2 - 12.5 KG x 15
Set 3 - 20 KG x 8
Set 4 - 20 KG x 7


Unfortunately had to cut the session short so I missed 4 sets of skull crushers.

I’m still undecided on a meal plan, will possibly rotate it on a fortnightly basis.

But what I’ve come up with for the mean time is as followed

Protein shake post gym

Smoko
200G spudlite potato
150G shredded chicken (cooked)
100G broccoli
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Lunch
200G spudlite potato
150G shredded chicken (cooked)
100G broccoli
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Dinner
250G white rice
200G shredded chicken (cooked)
200G broccoli
1 teaspoon olive oil

Dessert
200G low fat Greek yogurt
100G frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
Sugar free sauce (minimal amount)
15G quick oats

Total
195C

@JustMakeItHappen Excellent job on this training. This is what we like to see. I like the butterfly on the pectoral deck. And I like hitting the dips after
