I feel like my stomach is tighter. I recently started using retinol and a firming cream on my lower abs that my dermatologist recommended for skin elasticity since I’ve lost a lot of weight. I def see my upper abs more now too which I’m happy about. I’d like my chest to be more defined. Diet is ok. I only do one cheat meal a week. And it’s usually following a heavy workout.

I’ll do a weigh in Sunday morning. N2BM hasn’t shipped my cardazol yet so hoping they ship soon.

It came in today! I was shocked. The confirmation email must have gone to my spam.
 
So I gained some weight the past 2 weeks. I’m not thrilled. I know it’s because of school. I haven’t been able to make it to the gym 6x a week. My statistics class is kicking my ass.

Realistically I can only go to the gym 4x a week. I need to take weekends and Thursdays off for school. I re-did my macros to compensate for working out less. It’s roughly 200 less calories a day.

I’ve also been stress eating a lot because of school. Hoping that this change in workout schedule changes that.

I know it’s food and activity level.

My new meal prep is:

Breakfast: 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp protein pb, 1/3 cup of oatmeal, 2 chicken sausage

Lunch/postwo: 1 scoop whey, 1 banana, 100g of lean beef Korean bbq recipe, 1/2 cup of roasted chickpeas, 1/4 cup of almonds

Dinner: 1 scoop of whey, 100g of lean beef Korean bbq, 1/2 cup of roasted chickpeas, 1/4 cup of almonds

I eliminated the sesame oil from my Korean beef recipe. It wasn’t adding much to the flavor just to the consistency.

So disappointed! Macros are decent taste is horrible. Noodles taste like cardboard. Broth tastes so bland. Very disappointed for the price on these.

I had these, some quest chips, and a 1/4 cup of almonds for dinner.

Saw these all over my social media and decided to order a box. A little pricey but they taste fantastic! I def will be buying these instead of other protein bars. Microwave them for 20 seconds and they’re so soft and delicious.

This has corn syrup and sugar alcohols, its just a fake sweet, I wouldn't suggest eating it bro
stick to the diet more cleanly and get better protein bars less sugar alcohols

I only have them once a week and only ONE. I stick to my whey protein 99% of the time.

but make sure you eat it after training to soak up the sugar alcohols
That I’ll make note of. Today I did my new shoulder and arm workout with some cardio. My endurance is def going up. I finished my workout and an 1 hour of cardio in record time. I also increased speed on both pwo and post cardio.

Post 30 mins incline 10.0 moderate speed. Kept my heart rate at 130 for the full 30 mins.

i like 1 hour cardio thats perfect gives you those cuts

As you continue to improve, you'll notice some big changes.
 
I do notice some subtle changes especially with your vascularity and all so you got tighter
 
Yeah, you're not gonna improve in a linear fashion.

If that is your mentality, you're just gonna drive yourself crazy.
 
Sometimes your body will take a step back or hit a plateau. And then once you blow past it, there's nothing but upside from there.
 
I think you look good in the before and after picture.

Don't be so hard on yourself.
 
If you shaved and you got a little bit of tan and oil up and then you Flex really good, we would see some huge changes, you're just not seeing them because you're flat.
 
Yeah, man. For sure.

Second picture, you're a lot more hairier so that's covering up a lot of your muscles.

@Mk11kh i can definitely see a difference d you are much leaner in the left pic or its the lighting but there is definitely a difference
 
I found a tanning salon that’s cheap by me. Does it matter which type? I’d prefer spray tan just because cancer runs in my family. The salon offers mystic and versa. Any recommendations? Also do I need to shave before or after?

I have been so stressed with school. Today I completely binge ate today. Not proud of myself.

How do you guys suggest I manage stress eating?
@Mk11kh sometimes stress eating happens bro you're not the first or last, even i do it
i suggest having health foods you can binge on and drinking psyllium husk
but if you cant control yourself at all we should talk about using a light dose of glp-1 peptide like semaglutide from umbrella labs they even have oral versions, would help you control appetite a lot

usually women are the ones who stress eat so that is not common in men. a lot of that is due to upbringing where your parents gave you food as a child as a treat or when you were upset

my advice is binge eat on things like fruits/veggies. not junk
 
Maybe try some melanotan peptide to get your skin darker. probably will need 3 or 4 vials.
 
stress eating is easy. just get rid of junk food in your house so you won't be tempted to eat it
 
Sounds like you have some sort of food addiction.

dopamine releases when you eat. gotta change your addiction to something else. train more.

So I may need to take an extra class this semester which means more stress and less gym time.

As far as the stress eating I bought a few giant bags of broccoli. I’ll just binge on that next time. I’m back on track though.

Test+primo+masteron
Towards the end sprinkle some tren and tbol?

This cycle I want to run a larger dosage of test for bigger gains.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

I think our next step is a recomp where you gain some mass as you stay lean as you have been. Stay away from trenbolone if you get anxiety it can get really bad.

I think primo and masteron might be an E2 overkill though for you.

yes primobolan is often faked but it all depends on the source. If you get the primobolan from @domestic-supply.com Greg 100% real no doubt about it.

transferring is a pain in the ass on purpose. otherwise there would be a lot more of them.

Sprinkle? Be more specific pls.
 
Domestic Supply and naps are great sources.

You won't go wrong with either one.
 
tbol and tren can be added sure. just not tren E, i would do tren ace
 
i wouldn't add tren at all.

stick to var or tbol much more mild
 
i prefer to start the cycle with tren and finish it with a cutting oral.

But that's just me. You do what you want to do and log it and let's see.
 
Primo is a good option, especially if you're really stressed out over your school and stuff like that.

I’ll start recomp once I get my gear. Should I calculate bulking or maintenance macros? How much caloric surplus if any?
