How effective do you feel the Goblet Squats are?
My skating has improved and so has my stability on the ice. Plus it’s usually involved in a super set with something else targeting my core and stability. So overall I find it def helps my stability and core and the way I feel on skates

Did some yoga in the morning at home with my 4 year old lol it wasn’t overly successful. No school today for my child and wife had work. Once she got home I Made my way to the golf course this afternoon for probably final round of the season. Walked 7KM

I've skated a few times I've always worried about falling and having a severe injury
All the gear will protect you pretty good, however injuries can always happen just depends what level of guys you play with.

Was pretty sore today. My workout plan changed yesterday and seems to be more explosive and massive burn. Today I just did some stretching and a cold plunge. My legs were pretty sore in bed last night to the point I finally caved and took some Tylenol, had terrible sleep

Hockey game tonight. Was a super fast and competitive game. Came home and did 11 mins in the cold tub. Was about 60 degrees.

Felt good out there though, stamina is def there in my legs which I am happy to see and notice the difference.

your test levels are very low, very bad for longevity and health
I will probably see my doctor again in next couple months and see if I can get prescribed it as insurance would hopefully pay for it. If not what dose should I consider for TRT?
