My lady lives about 50 miles away and with work. we only see each other 2 x a week. That said, we have sex 2-3 times every time we see each other. We have great sex, but the relationship is so so. If both were on par it would be much more.

The O's are very good. Our relationship is good, we very rarely argue. I wonder if I am using sex as a way to connect with him because I'm having a hard time with the emotional part of it. I keep holding back in that respect and plowing forward on the physical end.

1-2 x day..

on vacation 2-3x with public sex thrown in for fun..

but realistically in a long term relationship 5+ yrs.. i'd say 2-3x per week keeps everyone happy.. weekends don't count..

I know being close to him is part of what keeps my drive so high. The thing is, it's not like he isn't affectionate. He likes to just lay on the couch with me and always has his arms around me while we watch TV.

My friend seems to think it has a lot to do with my past relationship. I would think I would want distance after all that, but maybe she is right.

Well I don't think they are that great. I have never had a girl say hers were "very good" I think they are good enough and you don't want to connect with him you just want your tickle tickled so that is what you do.
Its not about him, its about you and getting yours. If I gave you the real BIG one, like I can and do, you would do just about anything to become more and more involved.

After 14 years sex wise its better than it ever was. But as far as frequency it depends. Sometimes its twice on a given week and sometimes its every day for two weeks. She's pretty good about keeping me happy even if she's not down for anything at that moment though. Sex with myself is 99% daily :D so i stay maintinenced.

Before my wife was pregnant there wasn't sex every single day of the week. Maybe some weeks, sure. But most weeks it was 3-4 times a week. She teaches and coaches high school cheerleading and I usually work 50 hours a week. So, idk, maybe we work too much. I guess we should take some time off so we can fuck 7 days a week like every other dude does at EF.

I rarely work 40 hours anymore, and when not pregnant she works at a hospital maybe 40 hours or so. We got nothin but time rob.

I see a huge drop off in our sex life after the baby is born though, just part of it.

But...seems like so many men in my age group have been beaten down by life, ex's, work and so on and sex is the last thing on their mind (Spy Wizard, you are one exception that comes to mind). I'm single now but my last relationship was the first time I'd ever been in a relationship and felt lonely and neglected in the sex dept. I would have been happy with once or twice a week!! It's a bit of a mind fuk...and not in a good way! lol

The weird thing is its only with him. I had a fuck buddy before him and I had no emotional attachment. The sex was much wilder and fucking amazing, but I didn't want that dude to be my boyfriend.
