help for someone who wants to eat more fruit

Looking for your advice when it comes to someone who wants to increase the amount of fruit they're eating. I would like to eat more fruit in my diet. I know it's good for vitamins and minerals. What are your favorite fruits that you like to eat and how often do you eat them?
 
Pineapple
Blueberries
Mango
Kiwifruit
Cherries
Banana
Apples

I aim to get 100-150g fruit in with EVERY meal, even if it means reducing the main carb source, not only will the added fibre and micronutrients benefit you, it adds variety and flavour to an otherwise boring plate
