I would like to get some but I am being left to take them myself. Lol. Its hard to get 1 handed pics on a camera phone. Ha ha. My posing routine I dont have down yet but I have been working on it. Its only 45 secs so that's not too bad. Hopefully I can get the old lady to take some this week and can get them up!
Hey son looks like you been listing to the right person when it come to shedding all this off lol. I got a lil more advise if you want it, the var and win are going to do the same thing so if you want drop one and pick up some proviron you will get a lot harder. When you get to the Sunday 6 days before your show cut out your carbs till Thursday morn. Start your carbs back Thursday morn ( your weight x 5 = how many grams of carbs to eat ) from Thursday morning till Friday night. Long grain white rice works awesome but if you want something else make sure its not a fibers' carb. You will fill out and that will pull extra water off. I would run a diarrhetic they work the best. I dropped 5 lbs of water just killing a gallon of water one day and taking a diarrhetic that night, hard as nails the next day.
