So this is my first update of the week! Sorry for my absence. This week has been pretty tough on me both physically and psychologically. I have dripped my carbs even further...now about 80g a day...and my workouts have been very sub par...which is okay. The workouts have just not been worth posting! Lol.
As far as looks go...I am becoming more satisfied by the day. Every day I am seeing a considerable difference in many things from hardness, vascularity, dryness, and separation. I am pretty happy with my progress all around! Hopefully this progression keeps going in the right direction!
Sunday starts my carb depletion! That is gonna be no fun. Lol. I am looking forward to Thursday when I begin my load! This next week is gonna be super busy for me and chances are that I will feel like shit. Lol. Dehydrated...depleted...hopefully I will look sick though! Every day is a battle but I know I can win. I have come so far! I will do my best to continue to post more frequently. All support is appreciated more than u can ever imagine! Thanks e.f.!
