Thanks man! I was gonna do the tan thing but to be honest I got tired of it. I figured that if Dennis Wolfe can get dark enough with a spray and rub on tan that I could too. Lol. I am gonna run one the last few days before the show. Just something otc like xpel.

Sorry guys. Its been a few days since my last update. Since them I have hot legs and shoulders and had pretty good workouts both days (especially considering I am down to 100g carbs a day!) I feel I am looking harder and more lean by the day. My vascularity is getting crazy and I feel it is actually starting to take away from some of my definition. Lol. Its all good though! I drop the test this Saturday and ad the var and bump up the win so next week should be crazy! I am so ready for the show to be here. As king as I havexa food showing that I am proud of I will be happy. Congrats again to spikester! He looked phenomenal at his last comp and killed it! So I am gonna go ahead and break down both workouts

So as u can see I had two pretty successful workouts. Especially considering I am under 3 weeks from the comp! I am happy with my progress and I know I will only get better over the next two weeks! Its ties to get this done! Any input is GREATLY appreciated!

So I am up now and about to bw Getting ready for my fasted cardio! I am really looking forward to cutting this out bit or has to be done. Lol. Sorry for missimgy workout update yesterday. I have just been so tin down by the end of the day that I don't have much left in the tank when I come home. So I worked shoulders and had a very successful workout. I am still feeling very strong considering how close I am to the show and this is keeping my workouts very motivated. So here we go!

Afterwards I did a not of posing and felt pretty confident within myself. I am getting harder and tighter by the day! My shoulders looked pretty nice today with good separation, striations, and vascularity! Progress is the number 1 motivation! ! 2 more weeks!!

Figured I would use this time to complain a little. Lol. So yesterday I cut out all artificial sweeteners of any kind and now its all unflavored oats, talapia, turkey, and water! Talk about blah! The oats were nice and flavorless this morning and I sweat they just kept multiplying in the bowl. I might end up dropping carbs even further just to eliminate the volume of oats I have to bring in. Lol. I got this though! 2 more weeks!!

So I had arms today and all went well! My elbow was a bit inflamed today but I was able to work through it. I felt I looked really good today and that excites me even more for tomorrow when I bump up the win and add the var!! Hopefully next week will be CRAZY!! So...on to the workout.
