It is always my goal to be the best i can be, Theres also evidence that Exercise slows the aging process.

So i was just curious does this look like somone who is going on 60?

I that pic and think if i look like that when i turn 60 then right on! Just goes to show that knowledge and responsible use of what we use can be beneficial. I saw an old man (i would say 70) at the gym on the treadmill the other day.... i thought to myself "if i can still be at the gym when im 70 i'll be happy!"
