Bro's we have to be careful

Great thread, you guys should post up more horror stories of doing AAS too early. Sometimes it takes the horrible truth to get through to some people.

I did my first cycle when I was 21 but had been lifting since 8th grade. Added 40 lbs naturally since I graduated hs and could lift more then most grown men who had been lifting forever. So for me mentally I was ready. I researched for a year before I did the cycle. And I had the support of a few older guys that juiced that I lifted with thy normally would never talk to someone like me about it.

For most 21 year olds I know they don't know jack about lifting and just got into it bc they are getting fat in college. These are the people that always talk about gear to and think they need it. I try to put in my 2cents to them but the ignorance is just unreal most of the time.

Idk how anyone could Jab themselves with such little knowledge of aas.

Oh god I concur.

The level of knowledge some of these younger users possess is setting themselves up for failure. It's ALSO setting the community up for failure... Failure to heed proper warning, dosing, and recovery schedules will only propagate the stigma that AAS are deadly/dangerous/harmful. Underaged users getting caught puts their sources at risk too. And that's never a good thing.

A good friend of mine, at 21, decided to do a test, dbol and winny cycle as a mass gainer. He had many better choices of course, but that would have required research. He ended up gaining well over 40lbs on his cycle, though he did it ingesting awful, shitty foods (like an entire DQ icecream cake in one sitting, for well over 5000kcal). In the end, he was bloated, fat and more muscular. He did no PCT, despite my cries to the contrary (though, also 22 at the time, I wasn't as well versed in these things). He lost all his sex drive, most of his muscle, his girlfriend (ED, hah) but kept all the fat post cycle.

Guess who he became? One of the religious anti-AAS people afterwards, and stopped talking to me when I embarked on a var+test cycle (which was very successful mind you, allowing me to drop 6% BF while adding about 5 lean pounds as well) down the road a few years.

People. Are fucking stupid. Young people. Are even stupider. Which is a shame, as there are many young users and individuals out there who are given a poor name due to the actions of the majority.

Isn't it amazing. Tell a kid, he could have a stroke, heart attack, or even die and they are like, whatever. You tell them their dick will fall off or they wont be able to have sex and all of a sudden they are all ears. So I guess we should just tell them that.

Other thing to I'd, sure with the Internet and Ef there is so much u ca learn. But there is also 100x more horrible info out there. U can't just read one thing off of google and think u know the ins and outs.

Some of the problems are guys at the gym who show no discretion and actually introduce the idea to teengers. I have know several football coaches that essentially provided for their high school teams...

Im 20 years old and although never proven i believe my football coach was getting AAS for at least 5 of my teammates. [highschool]

I know I am too young for AAS. My basic goal is just to clean bulk until i turn 23. I'm 5'10" @ 17% BF - 228 lbs. about what...185+ some odd lbs LBM? I might cut before holiday down a couple % BF but other than that i couldnt care less about this "beach body" fad [probably because i have a gf and been with her for over a year]
I have several friends taking steroids and none of them know anything about PCT.

Genetics?
one of my friends is 5'6" weight is 192 lbs and his BF cant be higher than 7-8%...he is 19 and been lifting for 3 years and done 4 cycles that i know of...no PCT is it possible some people are just naturally able to avoid side affects altogether? [he only has mild acne which could be his age as well not the AAS themselves] also his diet is by no means perfect - i see him eat like crap all the time.

arnold and all them didnt pct if im not mistaken. i suppose some people are different then others. now way to know if he has side effects without taking his blood though.

^^^ no PCT and that many 'cycles' in 3 years he probably has never fully recovered his HPTA. so he wasn't really cycling at all, he was just running steroids... stopping then running steroids again without even knowing if his HPTA was restored..

sadly if he were to stop steroids he would feel the effects of suppression depending on what he ran (libido issues, depression, a host of low test sides will come into play) if he ran deca or tren he could be in deep trouble if he stops. thats the problem at that age, you start cycling so young its like opening a can of worms... rather than training naturally he chose to do things the impatient way, over the long term it isn't the best thing to do. also he could start developing gyno and need surgery once he gets into his early 20's if he is running a host of AAS.. dbol, tren, deca, even test can contribute to gyno.

good question, from what the older guys on here have said in arnolds days they didn't run the amount of AAS we run today. they pretty much ran very short and very low dosages... where PCT wasn't really needed... maybe radar, nelson and the older vets will chime in and answer this one.
