there are people who have been 21 on here for like the past 3 years lol. they never seem to age. a real shame they don't have the patience to wait, it will catch up to them in time.
really you do not fully develop into men till you are in your late 20's IMHO. you see guys at the gym who are teens or early 20's benching 85 pounds.. and then you see guys in their 40's benching 450. the younger guys just don't any base or development, even the stronger ones.. and they do not go through the motions correctly.. no warmup, poor form, doing more weight than they should.. the older guys you can tell have been at it for years on end and have built a solid base.
steroids will not make you catch up in experience, you've got to put in the sweat and tears like everyone else.
I see your point bro. Also agree with you on almost everything younsay. A lot of guys have no base and look for steroids to magically move weight for them. I did competitive powerlifting since 14. I have a pretty decent base. My past 12 months have been geared toward the transition to bodybuilding. I like it a lot. Kids are starting to lift more and more and physical appearance is way more important now than ever before. I think a lot of younger guys have a nice solid foundation and are ready for that step after 21. I know lifting and the science behind lifting, I know gear. Diet is by far the hardest monster!
