fat fucks giving me training tips/grief : fuck u

i used to be a sponsored downhill mountan biker. one of my races i went left when the course went right and i found a 25ish foot cliff. ate shit at the bottom cartwheeled another 100 or so yards down the mountain. wrecked my back and shoulder. was supposed to have shoulder surgery but it seamed to miraculously heal before then so i opted out. but half way threw my rehab i was volunteering at a 24 hour bike-a-thon. the catering company gave me some bad chicken and i got poisoned. fucked up some serious shit. had to get part of my stomach intestines and bowels removed. and then i had to restart my rehab. so for about 18 or so months i sat on the couch smoked dope all day and night and played mad video games. alot of that time ranged from being unable to walk whatsoever to barely able to walk. started rehab again after i recovered from that shit in decemberish. plus side the catering company paid all my bills till i could work again and paid off my car and visa

how is your health and functionality and everything? recovered? props to you for getting back into working out and eating right after all that i can only imagine how rough it would be to turn it all around.

thx bro! everything is good. i timed a meal of corn and it comes out in bout 3 hours. im guessing thats pretty quick. otherwise i had one setback in spring with my back and all else is fine. ive been taking squats and deadlifts really easy for awhile and getting back into heavier lifts now. lots of core work first. i actually found it very easy to get back into it. bout right before i got poisoned i joined here. not being able to move whatsoever for awhile gave me lots of internet time too. i just read and read and read. couldnt wait to get back in here. i always ate pretty well, i never cared for chips or candy or whtnot.. i just ate waaaay to much.

stfu, i said i know. lol yeah i spent a good year on here reading every post in diet, training and learned a ton. i blame the pot for thinking such stupid things were right. and soon too i hope i can train with that bber. that'll be sweet. but ill hit you up when i wanna switch it up
 
Hey guys,

Was hoping to get an idea of a better weekly workout plan. Seems like I resort to the same thing daily. Focusing on arms and chest. Having a tough time working in legs/abs etc can anyone mab shoot out am idea of a weekly sched?
