Weight loss and muscle gain???

Gained a lil bit of weight while I was off and now I am trying to do two things at once. Loose fat and gain muscle mass so far its going well but I was wondering if their is any supps I could be adding to speed up things Heres what I currently take:
Milk Thistle 1000mg 1 a day
Fish oil 300mg 1a day
CO Q-10 50mg 1 a day
Multivitamin 1 a day
B-12 500mcg 1 a day
N.O. Overdrive 9 a day

Any advice would be much appriciated.... Thanks,

If your talking suppliments...I would not exclude creatine/glutamine/BCAA's.

I am trying to eat 6 small/clean meals a day. I have read a lot about meal timing and metabolic rate. 6 meals around 300 calories each. (for weight loss of course). I try to get 30g of protein in each meal but sometimes its hard.
