it only works out in being about 10 pounds.. but how can i do it as fastly as possible? cos i got a high metabolism.. what would my calories need to be like and how much of protein,carbs, fat.

and i was talking to someone and he said that if your cutting it would be worth going back on the newbie training routine where you work every/most bodyparts each time you go to the gym... (not the only 1 or 2 bodyparts a visit) cos its better to stop you from losing muscle

is this not right?

Only one way to find out ;-)
 
without stats, no calorie recommendation. without daily energy demands, no calorie recomendation. see a trend? there is no cookie cutter calorie goal, it takes a bit more legwork.

calculate your bmr and then factor in an energy output multiplier to get your maintenance cals, go 500 below that and your set. figure out what ratios of p/c/f you want and viola, now you can set goals for food intake. 5% shouldnt be that difficult.
