it only works out in being about 10 pounds.. but how can i do it as fastly as possible? cos i got a high metabolism.. what would my calories need to be like and how much of protein,carbs, fat.
and i was talking to someone and he said that if your cutting it would be worth going back on the newbie training routine where you work every/most bodyparts each time you go to the gym... (not the only 1 or 2 bodyparts a visit) cos its better to stop you from losing muscle
is this not right?
