comment on my cutting diet plz

just want to have my diet in check guys (and girls).

im right now 170 pounds.
i try too loose not more then 1-1,5 pounds a week.

ive decided to have lowcarb and highcarb days in this one.

my highcarb days look like this

2600 cals
40% protein 260 grams
40% carbs 260
20% fat 57

four cans of tuna
3 eggs
4,5 proteindrinks (dont know how to explain, but u get it)
390 grams oatmeal

all this divided to 6-7 meals

lowcarb days look like this

2700 cals
50% protein 338 grams
30% fat 90
20% carbs 135

500 grams of mashed chicken meat
5 proteindrinks
2 cans of tuna
5 eggs
80 g oatmeal
1 gainer that ill take after training

supplements that im taking is fishoil and multivitamin.

ive thinking and calculated and shit so this is exactly, and i dont see anything wrong or missing in this diet.

if u do plz give me advice.

What are your stats besides weight? I'm thinking your maintenance might be right around 2700 or 2800. Thus you'll need to drop a few more calories per day to get off a pound per week (500 below maintenance average)

Other then that what is your meal breakdown? If you want to cut cals and not feel like shit you need to keep feeding throughout the day and time those carbs right (morning, mid morning) with higher fat at night.

Overall looks like you're on the right track, but double check your maintenance.
 
yeah im timing so the carbs i eat is going down before my workout and after.

im after to loose about 100 g a day and as long as im succseding whit it im happy :)
