I tend to use around that same multiplier BW X 12 as a starting point, sometimes go down to a multiplier of 10.
Most of the time though i use prot/fat ratios... BW x 1.5 for protein and BW x .5 fat... When I am looking to do things faster I cycle the above ratio with BW x 1.7 protein and no added fat sources ie trace fat from lean meats and fish oils.
And I am consistently on keto whether cutting, maintaining, or bulking.
But to re-answer the question a little clearer. I don't do anything differently while using clen/t3. Same thing whether I am on it or off of it. I haven't found it to be a problem.
