Best anti-catabolic supplements?

I recently read from someones transformation on bodybuilding.com that one of his greatest successes was running first thing in the morning before eating. He also mentioned in order to do this without burning muscle you must take plenty of anti-catabolic supplements. Which are best to take? Also does this also hold true for women?

Say Omega, can your 2 servings be at one time? I use 2 servings in my post workout shake but it would be no problem to split the servings if it would be better to do so.

I only use this every other day but when I get my next bottle I'm going to start 2 servings every day.

YES once a day as more than fine so long as you have that 2 full Servings.

G-covery though tricky to use ( you have to blend it with Portien powder)

is the best for Keeping / building lean muscle
